Make Your Own Website: Free and Easy
Need a website for your business or personal presentation, but don’t know how to make one? Are you a writer, an artist or a creative person who needs an online portfolio? If you have your own computer and know how to use apps and programs like Facebook and MSWord, you can have and maintain your own website, free. Artist Tanya Torres will guide you in the step by step creation of your website. In this workshop you will learn how to set up a free website and what you can do to update it whenever you want, without having to wait or pay for someone to help you. There are 3 computers available and you can reserve one, but you should really bring your own laptop with wireless connection so that you can get the most out of this workshop.

Tile Painting Workshop
Why tile painting? So many people ask me about how I make my tiles that I decided to teach the workshop. I usually explain to people how they are made and even tell them where to buy the materials, but it is difficult to create something you have never done before if you don't actually have a hands-on experience. So if you would like to learn how to create a painting on tile and how to go beyond the basic technique and create a mural, this is your opportunity:

Make a Book Any Size
Why Book-Making? I am inviting a group of writers to join AIPEH NY, an organization that supports writers and artists of all kinds by helping promote and present their work. AIPEH has chapters in several cities in the US as well as other countries. This workshop is my initiative to cover memberships for the authors and artists that would like to join. If you are an artist or writer and would like to participate, please send me an email.
