Surrender to Love

I continue to receive the word surrender. It’s a word that has sometimes kept me company.

Mary Magdalene surrendered to Love. She had compassion for herself and learned that her soul is pure. Christianity stands upon her vision of the Resurrection, a vision that cannot exist without imagination. She now dwells in the arms of peace, and guides all of us who ask her towards Infinite Love.

This is what I have learned in the past as I painted the Magdalene, and it’s what I need to practice now, in this second round of living.

Surrender to love,

Have compassion for yourself,

Meaning stands upon your vision,

and vision cannot exist without imagination,

Dwell in the arms of peace,

Walk toward infinite love.
