A contemplative Mary Magdalene by Tanya Torres
A contemplative Mary Magdalene.

By living in constant stress, we get used to feeling tense and anxious without recognizing it.

I believe that by writing these thoughts every day, and by taking a moment to draw, I dissolve the tension and anxiety of the day.

In the mornings, when I write a few thoughts in a book before starting the day fully, I have concentrated in reminding myself to stay in peace during the day.

Today, I drew longer than I will write. I only have about 2 hours each weekday to draw and write. Sleeping is too important to cut short. It’s the art I’m most committed to these days…

Tomorrow will be a new day!
