Becoming Unstoppable

Drawing Mary Magdalene every day (or night) has finally led me where I wanted to go. I found the energy to start continue the series of paintings with which I started posting on January 1. Because I said that day that I would post and write every day, my mind has found ways to keep my commitment while also progressing in my creative goals. My discipline has returned.

This drawing of Mary Magdalene, a painting in progress, is followed by the digitalized version of the original drawing I did last year. I like the symmetry and the peacefulness of the face. I hope I can transform it into something beautiful. I couldn’t continue outlining today because I am too tired from so much work I did yesterday and this morning, but the line drawing is already on the canvas and now I can just continue. For this painting I might outline in the colors of the individual areas. I will let my mind resolve that tonight when I sleep.

I will try to complete two more drawings on canvas before this week ends. I return to work on Monday and will have to readjust. But I feel that my energy to create is now liberated and I am looking forward to becoming unstoppable! 😁❤️😉
