A Straight Line

This is the last page of this little sketchbook. It ends with a line drawing, the kind that invites to paint or color, or that is simply pleasurable to my eye. A little prayer in lines that speaks of gratitude for the simple things in life.

As we live a long life, it seems we live many lives. Yesterday were were so far from today. And every life prepares us for the next.

It’s good to look back and think of how we got to where we got, and how we will get to where we want to go.

The road to freedom is long, it seems. Step by step, breath by breath, a straight line.
