A Prayerful Painting for Inner Peace on Mary Magdalene’s Day

Today, July 22, St. Mary Magdalene’s Feast Day, I end the day with this poem, that is also a prayer for inner peace and luminosity. I wish you the deepest embrace that a soul could hold, and the loving closeness of a luminous kiss.
Your artist,
Tanya
Moonlight Prayer
The light that comes from within,
Can illuminate
The deepest, bluest, darkest,
Night.
Enveloped in an illusion,
She elevates her prayer,
A breath expanding across her flesh,
A sound of emergence in her exhale.
Blood-fire feeds the earth,
Taking root and nourished,
By a moment of presence.
Earthy light made of cells,
Of air,
Of the birth of particles that emanate close to an origin,
Reaching deeply,
And traveling through
The infinite opening of a moonlight,
Into some nascent cosmos.
She traveled as a soul,
Her body was of the Earth,
A vespertine memory,
Born luminous.
